Handbook for a New Consciousness
The Next Step in Human Evolution
ANTON GROSZ, PhD
Are you ready for an epiphany?
Once viewed with skepticism by mainstream scientists, the study of human consciousness is now a rapidly expanding area of research in psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience. Although we are moving toward answers to the origins of consciousness, barriers still remain: How do we explain, digest and integrate such baffling, abstract and highly personal concepts? What language do we use to parse this great mystery? How do we integrate a radically new understanding of self into our daily lives?
This is where Handbook for a New Consciousness comes in.
Phenomenologist Anton Grosz has brought together a lifetime of insights, revelations and experimental research on the workings of human consciousness to culminate in these pages. The goal of the Handbook is not to instruct or sermonize but to allow you, the reader, to experience New Consciousness for yourself.
A visceral and highly experiential self-study guide, the Handbook facilitates a different kind of education. By participating in simple exercises and imaginative mind games, the Handbook will move you past the understanding of quantum physics as a theory into a land of self-discovery. It will take you from one state of felt awareness to another, from one stage of the evolution of consciousness to another, until you actively experience the knowing for yourself. Until you get it.
Are you ready? Is your mind open? Your epiphany awaits.
