As at home in a pulpit of a church, synagogue, mosque, or temple as he is in a more informal group, David brings four decades of public speaking experience to spreading the message of Namaste Publishing—that there is an Infinite Presence at the heart of existence, which is the core of our own being.

“Wordsworth said it so beautifully in his poem about Tintern Abbey,” David explains. Wrote Wordsworth of an experience he had one sunny afternoon on a hillside overlooking the ruins of Tintern Abbey in England:

And I have felt
A presence that disturbs me with the joy
Of elevated thoughts; a sense sublime
Of something far more deeply interfused,
Whose dwelling is the light of setting suns,
And the round ocean and the living air,
And the blue sky, and in the mind of man;
A motion and a spirit, that impels
All thinking things, all objects of all thought,
And rolls through all things.

In his 5-CD audio book Lessons in Loving—A Journey into the Heart, David invites us into the center of this Presence in our own hearts, then shows us how living from awareness of this Presence transforms all of our relationships, especially a relationship with a romantic partner. Teaching on the story of The Little Prince, David asks us to connect first with our own deepest essence, then with each other from the power of divine consciousness.

David’s second book, Your Forgotten Self—Mirrored in Jesus the Christ, will be published in the early fall of 2007. His understanding of Jesus rocks the foundations of much of traditional Christian teaching, as he asks us to hear Jesus speaking in a fresh voice from the heart of our common humanity. It is a book of personal transformation that invites us to become who we truly are as mirrored in Jesus.
